 It is a very gentle form of exercise and very easy
to use.
You just sit on the seat, hold on to the handle and pull yourself up, then lower yourself down again and so on.
Their is a ''counter'' on the exercise machine which tells you things like how many calories you are burning off, how many ''strokes'' you have done, how long you have been using it etc..
It is a great exercise machine and would recommend it for a good exercise and workout.
Will fold down for easy storage and transportation.

This has been hardly used in good condition with a tensioner to make cycling tougher as you get more adept at doing it, it has a mode selector so you can set the settings yourself. The hnadles have 2position so you can choose it can come to bits so buyer collects.

You can walk gently or briskly to start off with and build up to whatever level you want - the resistance level is controlled by the handlebars so you work yourself as much as you want
I started off on this one and now feel fit enough to go the gym :)
As the treadmill is magnetic, it is less noisy then an electric machine and fits into your home easier. it folds away as you can see in the picture and there are two wheels at the base to help moveability.
if you are unsure about getting a treadmill then this is an ideal purchase for you - a new magnetic machine will cost in hte region of £100 i beleive so this is a much safer purchase
