 This is a superb exercise cycle with digital
readout of speed,distance,calories burn't, rate per minut, scan,TM.
This has been hardly used in good condition with a tensioner to make cycling tougher as you get more adept at doing it, it has a mode selector so you can set the settings yourself. The hnadles have 2position so you can choose it can come to bits so buyer collects.

 This bike is pretty much as new, i bought this
around xmas last year to keep my fitness level up over the winter when i don't get out on my bike very much, found it to be far too boring & only used it between 10 & 20 times, it now sits collecting dust. It's quite heavy & were moving house soon so rather than move it to our new place to collect more dust I'm selling it.

 It is a very gentle form of exercise and very easy
to use.
You just sit on the seat, hold on to the handle and pull yourself up, then lower yourself down again and so on.
Their is a ''counter'' on the exercise machine which tells you things like how many calories you are burning off, how many ''strokes'' you have done, how long you have been using it etc..
It is a great exercise machine and would recommend it for a good exercise and workout.
Will fold down for easy storage and transportation.
